Simply put, cookies make me happy. I mean what's not to like about a cookie?!  Little concoctions full of chocolate, sugar and butter - what more could one ask for?

 It began as a childhood experiment to create a gingerbread man for my favorite teacher and ended as a love affair with my Easy Bake Oven.  Now years later, I've perfected my favorite recipes to share them with you and your friends and family.  I hope you enjoy them as much as we love baking them just for you!

Oh, and the gingerbread man never made it out the door - my Grandfather ate it.  It's ok Grandpa, I know you had a sweet tooth.  xoxoxo
