When will my order arrive?

We make our cookies fresh every day and ship them out the same day to ensure your gift arrives just as fresh as it was when we took it out of the oven. All regular orders (non-expedited shipping) placed by 12pm (Noon) Central Standard Time will be shipped out the same day. All expedited orders (2nd Day Express, Overnight Express etc…) should be placed by 9am Central Standard Time in order to ship out the same day. **Please note, orders received after 12pm (Noon) Central Standard Time will be baked and sent the next shipping day. ***Please note since the beginning of the Covid-19 Pandemic, none of the carriers are honoring their On-Time Guarantee ie., 2nd Day Air, Overnight etc...

How do I ship to multiple addresses?

Simply click the "Checkout With Multiple Addresses" button to send your gifts to everyone on your list! Or if you'd rather, you can email us at info@theprovidencecookiecompany.com or give us a call at 844-417-3221 (it's free) and we'll be happy to help you send your gifts.

What about shipping to an APO, AE?

Absolutely! We ship to APO, AE addresses. From one Military Family to another we welcome the opportunity to serve our Veterans and those serving in our Armed Forces. Check out our Sweet Deals tab and you'll find discounts just for you - it's our way of saying "Thank You" to our Service Members and their families!

How far in advance can I place my order?

We recommend placing your order as soon as you can! We will ship your fresh-baked desserts or gifts when you choose, in time for your special occasion or event.

Can I change the delivery address?

Not a problem! We will be happy to change the delivery address as long as your order has not been delivered or is not in transit for delivery. To request a change to your order's delivery address, please contact us at 1-844-417-3221.

How do I know my order was received? Will I get a tracking number?

When your order is placed on the web site, you will see a "Thank You" page, which will have an online order confirmation number on it. This is confirmation that your order has successfully been placed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been received. Additionally, once your gift has been baked and shipped out, you will receive a confirmation email which will also contain either a Fedex or UPS tracking number.

Can I cancel an order?

If your order is not in transit for delivery, we can easily cancel it. To do so, please contact our customer service department immediately at 1-844-417-3221. If your order has already been sent out for delivery we will be unable to cancel it.

What is the shelf life of your gourmet cookies?

Our cookies are made with the freshest, finest ingredients and contain no additives or preservatives. Because each of our cookies are individually wrapped and sealed after baking, they stay fresh longer than other cookies. They are best enjoyed within 14 days of receipt. Want to keep them even longer? Pop them into a Ziplock bag and freeze for up to 1 month.

Which credit cards are accepted?

We accept a variety of credit cards including American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover Card.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged within 24 to 48 hours of placing your order.

What about shipping charges?

Our system allows you to determine what type of shipping you would like. The most economical way to send packages is through USPS and, depending on where we are shipping your cookies, it generally takes 3 - 5 days to arrive. For a couple dollars more, you can choose standard FedEx shipping and, again depending on where the cookies are being sent, it generally takes 1 - 3 days for delivery to the East Coast, South and Midwest and generally 4 days for the West Coast. Please feel free to give us a call if you need an order delivered by a certain date and we will find the best shipping solution for you. *Please note, transit time (1 - 3 days etc...) does not include the day of shipping. **Orders need to be placed by 9am Central Standard Time to be shipped via Overnight/Expedited Delivery
